What brands of kayaks do you carry?

Festive Water is an authorized retailer for Bonafide, Liquidlogic, Hurricane, Native Watercraft, Nucanoe, Jackson Kayak, Wilderness Systems, Dagger, Crescent, Pyranha, Soul, Perception, and more. 

Do you offer kayak and paddle board rentals?

Yes,we offer a wide variety of rental options for an afternoon of fun on Lake Lanier. Kayak, paddle board, and float pad rentals are available every day of the week during rental season (April - October) for on the water fun when you want it.

Do you have river trips? 

Yes, we offer river trips. Festive Water has partnered with our friends up at Wildwood Outfitters for kayak trips on the Upper Chattahoochee River!

Can you fix my broken inflatable paddle board? 

Yes, bring your paddle board or inflatable float to Festive Water Paddlesports at our Lake Lanier location during our operating hours (Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm) and an experienced staff member will assess and advise the best route for you inflatable! Do you offer whitewater kayaking lessons?

Yes! Festive Water has partnered with our friends at Paddle Pals Outdoor Adventures for whitewater kayaking lessons! You can call to schedule lessons at 706-445-4945.

Do you offer kayak outfitting, rigging, and customization?

Yes, Festive Water provides outfitting and rigging services!

If you have a whitewater kayak or touring, we can modify and update your outfitting.

For fishing kayaks, we can install motors, fish finders, lights, and other electronics.

Warranty and Shipping

Do you warranty products sold at Festive Water Paddlesports? 

All products at Festive Water Paddlesports are subject to their specific manufacturer's warranty policy. We do act as a middle man and advocate for many warranty claims on behalf of our customers. If you have a warranty question or issue, please email us at contact@festivewater.com and provide details (hull ID, make/model), photos, and your contact information.

Do you ship kayaks, paddle boards, and other watercraft? 

Yes, Festive Water Paddlesports ships kayaks across the lower 48 U.S. states with white glove, premium shipping! We do not use LTL freight shipping. Instead, we use a network of private delivery drivers, haulers, and large item shippers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Learn more by checking out our Shipping Policy page.

What is the Estimated Shipping Time for Kayaks and Gear?

The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as In Stock & Ready to ship, Pre-Order, and/or have an estimated ETA listed. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within 2-5 business days. Additionally, the order confirmation you receive via email will also display the expected shipping time frame.

In Stock & Ready to Ship (Non-Kayak Orders)

This time frame can be expected to ship from our warehouse or from the vendor within 3-5 business days.

In Stock & Ready to Ship (Kayak Orders Only)

In Stock & Ready to Ship Kayaks usually ship within a week to two weeks of purchase date. Shipping date is dependent on booking with a delivery driver on our shipping platform. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Exclusive Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders indicated that the item is currently not in stock, but an allotted amount has been secured from the Vendor with an estimated shipping time frame.

The ETA listed on the product page indicates the estimated time frame that the item will start its shipping process from our warehouse. Once the shipping process has begun, typically orders take 4-8 business days to arrive at the customer. (Delivery time may vary based on location)

How is my Kayak Delivered? (White Glove Shipping & Inspection)

We have a partnership with a white glove delivery service to help ensure no damage to your kayak, better customer service, as well as quicker shipping (10-15 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location). You will not be required to sign for a kayak, but we do encourage you to be present to inspect it. Our drivers do not get their payment released until you verify the kayak has been delivered.

For Wilderness Systems and Perception Kayaks

Some boats from both Wilderness Systems and Perception may be shipped directly from the vendor. Kayaks shipped directly from the vendor should be received within in 3-5 business days and still have a 98% damage-free rate. They will wrap your kayak in extra cardboard, put extra "fragile" and "no forklift" stickers on it, and do everything in our power to make sure it arrives safely. You will be required to fully inspect your kayak PRIOR to signing the delivery report. Please read your email closely to see if your kayak will be shipped from our warehouse or from the Vendor directly.

Can I pick up my kayak instead of having it shipped?

Another option we offer, which can be the quickest, is to pick up your kayak at the Festive Water Paddlesports shop in Cumming, GA.

Our store is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10am - 6pm.

Can you delivery my kayak instead of having it shipped?

We delivery locally for $100 within a 100 mile radius of the Festive Water shop. This service is generally intended for kayak or other large purchases. If you live in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, or North Georgia, we can also delivery along our routes while picking up kayaks from our manufacturers. 

Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We only ship to the lower 48 US states.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?

We do to ship to P.O. Boxes. However, some products, like kayaks, and other oversized items, due to the size of the products, may not be shipped to P.O. Box or APO addresses. 

Ordering, Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

What is your return policy?

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call the Festive Water shop immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • For in-stock kayak orders, cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Due to our shipping and protective wrapping processes, in-stock kayaks that are cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • For kayak orders that are cancelled after the kayak has shipped, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping cost, the cost of return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee.

All other items that are cancelled after shipping will follow our Refund Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

The following only applies to Pre-Ordered Products

We understand that when you Pre-Order an item there is a chance that you may find one locally sooner than your anticipated ship date. In the event that you would like to cancel your Pre-Ordered item order, we offer a completely Free First Cancellation. However, if you decide to re-order with us and cancel for the 2nd time, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

How do I place an order?

First, locate the product you would like to purchase and choose the quantity in the selection box. Next, click on the “Add to Cart” button. All of your products will be added to your cart.

You will find your cart at the "My Cart" button located at the upper right-hand side of the website. When you are prepared to complete your purchase, ensure your cart is correct and press "Checkout".

Enter your shipping/billing and credit card information and follow the instructions on the checkout page. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

How can I check my order status?

To be updated with the current status of your order, please email us at contact@festivewater.com with your order number and they will be able to assist you with any updates. Additionally, if you've made an account on the Festive Water website, you can check your order status by logging in to your account page. 

How can I make a change or cancel my order?
