Who We Are

Tim and Ginger Brenner have had a small weekend place on Lake Lanier for 18 years called Festive Water. They hosted private parties, Student groups, Leadership meetings, Retreats for missionaries, Marriage counselling and just plain old fun at the Home for many years.

In 2021, they have decided to start “Festive Water on Lanier”, so they could share their joy of lake life and paddlesports with others. Festive Water is a paddlesports company offering rentals of kayaks and stand-up paddleboards as well as float pads to people who are on Lake Lanier.

Meet Tim & Ginger

When you meet Tim, you can tell right away he is just a big kid in an adult’s body. He is a water sports enthusiast and is an expert white-water kayaker. He also loves his stand-up paddle board, as well as surfing and wake boarding. He loves anything to do with water.

Ginger and Tim have always owned businesses together during their 28 year marriage. They work really well together and can’t imagine it any other way…and it shows. Always putting customer service first, they never want to be just ordinary, but extraordinary! They deeply care about the experience all of the people they come into contact have.

What Does Festive Water Mean?

Festive Water can mean something different to everyone. For some, it's the adrenaline high of whitewater. For others, its the chill vibe of paddling a SUP on the lake at sunset. For you, it could be making memories renting kayaks with your friends and family for the afternoon. Whatever it is to you, our mission is to help you find your happy place on the lake or river.
