Festive Water Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Festive Water the following are terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

In Store Pickup

In store pickup orders are provided as a convenience. You are welcome to pick up during business hours after your order. An associate will call you to confirm your pickup time within one business day of your order. Orders not picked up after 60 days will be restocked without refund.

Standard Shipping Policy: Accessories (Excludes Canoes, Kayaks & SUPs)

All orders are generally processed the same business day if the order is received before 2:00pm Eastern time.  Expedited shipping is available and is calculated at checkout. Please keep all original cartons and packing materials. Save your packaging in case you need to return the item. Packages cannot be recalled, so once they are shipped, they cannot be canceled.

Local Delivery

We delivery locally for $100 within a 100 mile radius of the Festive Water shop. This service is generally intended for kayak or other large purchases. 

Freight Shipping Policy: Watercraft (Canoes, Kayaks & SUPs)

Kayak freight shipping is calculated at checkout. 

We use uShip.com to ship watercraft for white glove, blanket wrapped delivery. We also make sure our shippers do not use forklifts.

Once you place your order, your watercraft will be posted on uShip.com and bid on. We will select the best bid, purchase uShip insurance, and coordinate your freight shipment.

We have a minimum freight shipping price of $249.00 USD, per our agreements with our suppliers. If there are any shipping cost discrepancies, we may reach out to ask about additional reimbursement for shipping, explore other options, or refund your order. 

Here is a quick outline of the uShip In-Home Delivery Program

• Elite white-glove program with exclusive access to over 1,000 carriers - all user reviewed and have met all stringent requirements (95%+ positive review feedback, less than 5% cancellation rate, minimum of 20 HHG shipments)
• uShip In-Home delivery carriers: 82% are FT transporters with 70% having 5+ years of experience with a less that 1% damage rate.
• All carriers are 100% first to final mile (no crossdocking or switching carriers)
• All shipments will be blanket wrapped, no stacking, room of choice delivery and debris removal.

Confluence Kayak/SUP Drop Shipping

For drop shipping Confluence brand kayaks (Wilderness Systems, Pelican, Perception, Boardworks, etc). These orders will ship from the Confluence warehouse in Greenville, SC. These orders are subject to the Confluence shipping policy. We use Day & Ross, ABF, and Estes.  Day & Ross is a Canadian-focused freight company that is a subsidiary of McCain Foods, while ABF (ABF Freight) and Estes are US-based freight carriers. 

Delivery Policy: Watercraft (Canoes, Kayaks, & SUPs)

Watercraft Delivery to your residence is available if within a 25 mile radius of the Festive Water store. 

If you're outside our delivery radius, we'd be more than happy to meet you halfway.

International Shipping

Festive Water currently does not offer international shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped that contains your tracking information.  Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
