The introduction of our WRSI Current marked a new era in the evolution of whitewater safety. Now, we’ve continued that evolution with the Current Pro. The Pro adds removable ear protection and a flow-through visor to the foundational technology that made the Current a classic: 3-Layer Impact Absorption, the Interconnect Retention System and the O-Brace Harness.

3-Layer Impact Absorption: A lightweight, high-impact ABS plastic shell combines with an EVA foam liner and a polyurethane sub-shell to effectively dissipate impacts.

Interconnect Retention System: Interconnected straps securely hold the helmet in place under hydraulic forces. As the force of water pushes the helmet back, the interconnect system self-adjusts to hold the helmet firmly in place.

O-Brace Harness: The adjustable O-brace harness comfortably conforms to the back of the head to help keep the helmet safely positioned.

Performance Outfitting: Plush breathable liner compresses and conforms for a snug, comfortable fit every time. The liner can be easily removed for drying or washing.

Flow-through Visor: The hinged visor guards your eyes from sun and rain with a flow-through design that helps reduce the effect of hydraulic forces.

Removable Ear Protection: WRSI removable ear protection features a tough plastic exterior with EVA foam padding to help keep ears warm and guard against impacts and splash. Our snap-lock system allows quick, tool-less installation and removal.
