This Thanksgiving, Festive Water has something very special for which we are thankful! The Gale’s at Wildwood Outfitters have entrusted us with their 50 year legacy. We plan to honor that tradition, and work hard to grow Wildwood along side the growing North GA kayaking community.

Since Festive Water Paddlesports opened our shop in April, we've partnered with Wildwood Outfitters to encourage our customers to paddle their stretch of the Upper Chattahoochee, and they encouraged their customers to visit the Festive Water shop. That business relationship has grown into a mutual personal respect and friendship, which has lead to this exciting development. Dave floated the idea of a buyout by Tim during EddieFest in October, and here we are now.  

To be clear, we will be keeping the name and 50 year old tradition of Wildwood. Festive Water will just be offering so many more products and services to the North GA kayaking community, and the tourists and adventure seekers that visit the Upper Chattahoochee.

Once we take over, Festive Water will begin offering many more services and events like the following:

• Classes and instructions
• Weekly scheduled guided trips down the river
• Roll clinics
• Safety classes
• Fishing lessons
• Groups
• Parties and private events

Again, thank you for entrusting us with this awesome business and stretch of river, Dave and Beverly.  Also, thank you for everything you've done for the kayaking and outdoors community in North Georgia.
